Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience with O9 Solutions and Anaplan, along with knowledge of ERP and supply chain planning system integration.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning tools like O9 Solutions (configuration).
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and achieve consensus among stakeholders.
- Strong innovative thinking and willingness to challenge conventional practices.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools is essential.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret supply chain planning data (DP / SP) to identify patterns and improvement areas.
- Provide support in maintaining and resolving issues related to the supply chain planning IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Create and deliver regular reports on supply chain planning metrics and communicate insights to management.
- Assist in demand planning processes, including statistical forecasting, collaborative forecasting, and advanced forecasting; and support supply planning including network optimization and inventory management.
- Work alongside supply chain and IT teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in supply chain planning project execution, including system upgrades and integrations.
- Train and guide supply chain staff on the utilization of planning IT tools and systems.
