Requirements
Must:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an Information Technology degree or diploma program
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Basic understanding of computer systems (Windows, macOS), networking (IP, DNS, VPN), and mobile devices
- Customer-focused, calm under pressure, and a proficient problem-solver with keen attention to detail
- (Preferred) Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- (Preferred) Microsoft Certifications like MS-900 or AZ-900
- (Preferred) Familiarity with ticketing systems
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for IT-related questions and assist with resolving hardware/software issues
- Execute desk setups, equipment relocations, and decommissioning tasks
- Aid in the installation, configuration, and updating of hardware (PCs, printers, monitors) and software
- Collaborate with senior engineers on Microsoft 365, server upkeep, backups, and security responsibilities
- Maintain IT inventory and system documentation, including user guides and configuration records

This position requires in-person attendance and provides an hourly wage starting from $17.85, alongside the opportunity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
